The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of Aerospike solutions, providing expert guidance on deployment, scaling, and maintenance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting technical reviews, delivering training and enablement, advocating for customer needs, assisting with upgrades and migrations, monitoring key performance metrics, and developing strong customer relationships.
