As an Engineering Manager (Product Engineering), you will lead the End User Experience team, responsible for building and maintaining Chat functionality, Messaging Channels, Integrations, and AI Agents for Customers. You will guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical mentorship, driving engineering best practices, improving code quality, and scaling systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in designing and building robust backend systems that enhance the platform and automation capabilities, collaborating closely with Product and other stakeholders to shape the technical vision and execution.
