We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our End User Experience team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining our Chat functionality, Messaging Channels, Integrations, and AI Agents for Customers, which are critical to how end users interact with our product. In this dual role, you will function as both a hands-on technical lead and an empathetic people manager. You will guide a talented group of engineers from diverse backgrounds, supporting their professional growth while driving team performance and cultivating a culture of technical mentorship. A key aspect of this role involves designing and building robust backend systems to enhance our platform and automation capabilities. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technical vision and execution, in close collaboration with Product and other stakeholders. Your contributions will impact the organization by driving engineering best practices, improving code quality, and scaling our systems.
