Familiarity with Smartsheet products such as Core App, Bridge, Resource Management, Premium Apps, Control Center, and Connectors is preferred. Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, are essential for explaining technical subjects to non-technical audiences. A passion for leading-edge web technologies and a desire to understand Smartsheet's benefits and business elements are also required.
The Technical Account Manager will act as a business advisor to customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes with Smartsheet products and aligning software investments with business goals. This role involves understanding customer objectives, providing guidance on leveraging technology, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues. Responsibilities include leading engagements, advising on best practices, developing engagement strategies, performing quarterly reviews, evaluating usage patterns, driving renewals, presenting technical capabilities, advocating for customer needs with Product Management, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to influence account strategy.
