Candidates should possess prior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a related role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing position. They must demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, along with experience utilizing CRM software and project management tools. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects simultaneously is required, alongside strong listening, collaboration, and cross-cultural patience and understanding, a go-getter attitude with problem-solving skills, and a curiosity to learn. Remote working experience is a plus, and fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
The Account Manager will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with their needs and objectives. They will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding clients and their employees, clearly communicating initiative progress to leadership, preparing monthly reports, collaborating with the finance team on invoicing, and assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations. Additionally, they will collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their territory and support with complex client requests.
Platform for managing product data and assets
Salsify provides a platform called CommerceXM that helps brands and retailers manage their product data and digital assets for online sales. The platform combines Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Experience Management (XM) to ensure that product information is consistent and engaging across various online channels. Clients, including direct-to-consumer brands and large retailers, can automate the transformation of digital assets and synchronize supply chain data, which allows them to maintain a single source of truth for their product listings. This capability improves operational efficiency and enhances customer engagement, ultimately leading to increased sales.
