Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in people management and be familiar with project management tooling and office and calendar applications. Experience working with Greenhouse, Airtable, Asana, or Google Workspace is a plus, as is demonstrated experience as a client partner or account manager and experience designing and implementing high-touch onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities

The Talent Manager will manage components of the talent's career portfolio, coordinate the work of others, and use insights to inform decisions. They will manage a talent pool, track contract dates, prioritize the bench, and run weekly search meetings with hiring managers. Responsibilities include tracking and approving timecards, PTO, conducting weekly 1:1s, and annual reviews, defining and tracking KPIs, and driving process improvements. The role involves developing and managing plans, systems, tools, processes, and procedures for the performance process, including goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions. Additionally, the Talent Manager will partner with Account Leads, sharing insights and opportunities related to talent growth and client satisfaction, while staying informed of industry best practices and fostering relationships for a strong talent pipeline.
