Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a preference for experience in a public company. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position is required, along with deep expertise in HR functions. Experience in a high-growth startup environment and a strong understanding of building scalable, equitable, and mission-driven workplace cultures are essential.

Responsibilities

The VP of HR will partner with the executive team to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, including culture, capability-building, and change management. Responsibilities include overseeing the full employee lifecycle, driving workforce planning and organizational design, rolling out talent retention initiatives, and defining HR systems and processes. The role also involves advising on recruiting, managing employee relations and investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing immigration matters, managing employee lifecycle policies, partnering with legal and finance, and driving learning, leadership development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
