As a People Operations Specialist, you’ll report to our Sr. Manager of HR Data & Systems and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, efficient experience for employees across the company. You’ll manage end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, maintain accurate and insightful people data, and optimize the systems and documentation that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll also serve as a trusted partner to employees and cross-functional teams alike.
You care about the details, love building clean systems, and want to make a real impact behind the scenes. This role lives at the intersection of process, data, and service. You’ll keep our People systems humming, support employees with clarity and care, and help us scale smarter as we grow.
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $70,000 (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
