Candidates should have hands-on experience managing HR lifecycle processes in an in-house People Ops or HR team. Proficiency with HRIS systems like HiBob, ADP, or Workday, including supporting integrations, is required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, familiarity with multi-state compliance, and clear, empathetic communication are essential. Experience in a fast-paced, remote environment with a focus on ownership and follow-through, along with curiosity or experience with AI and automation tools, is also needed.
The People Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day HR processes including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and leaves. They will maintain accurate HR systems data, conduct data audits, and support system automations and integrations. This role involves answering employee questions, maintaining documentation, building reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
