The Senior Associate, Workforce Planning will oversee service delivery to various customer and pro subsets, assisting with data analysis and reporting, budgeting, business forecasting, financial modeling, and improving end-to-end experience. Responsibilities include building reports and presentations for forecasting and cost decisions, optimizing Care technology, leveraging cost structure for financial constraints, executing the yearly budgeting process, evaluating and improving forecasting mechanisms, and building Excel models to optimize cost, wait times, and support hiring and skilling decisions.
