Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of client-facing People Analytics experience with a strong focus on Talent Intelligence Consulting or External Labor Market research and decision support. Demonstrated success in building and scaling Talent Intelligence products, processes, and insights that influence executive decision-making is required, along with a deep understanding of the talent ecosystem and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

The Talent Intelligence Consultant will lead complex Talent Intelligence projects, providing consulting support on data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders like Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning. They will identify key insights regarding recruitment effectiveness, labor markets, talent pipelines, and competitive intelligence, delivering actionable talent intelligence for GM’s priority skill areas. This role involves serving as a strategic link between Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to translate business priorities into talent strategies, identifying future skill gaps, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver integrated talent landscape assessments. The consultant will also act as GM’s authority on external talent market data, develop frameworks for site health evaluation, build stakeholder relationships to understand business challenges, and leverage data and analytics tools to answer Talent Intelligence questions, driving adoption of People Analytics solutions and questioning current operations for improvement.
