Requirements

Responsibilities

The Head of People Ops and Total Rewards will lead People Operations, Compensation, and Benefits teams, including People Systems and People Analytics, to scale from hundreds to thousands of employees. They will partner with senior leadership to build efficient, scalable systems and processes, drive upward and outward reporting for People Team functions, and lead long-term improvements in People Ops, Compensation, and Benefits systems. The role also involves providing coaching and mentorship to the People Ops and Compensation teams, hiring top talent, and benchmarking best practices while adapting them to Vanta's principles.
