Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience in intelligence-related positions, ideally in Blockchain Intelligence, and proficiency in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools. Strong analytical skills for synthesizing and reporting complex information, along with experience in blockchain analysis focusing on transaction tracing and identifying malicious activity, are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, as is the ability to take ownership of work using an 80/20 approach. Relevant certifications such as GIAC or CEH, and experience in cybersecurity or intelligence gathering are preferred. The ability to research in another language is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Blockchain Intelligence Analyst will track, analyze, and report on key areas of the crypto economy to detect suspicious activities and uncover hidden threats using OSINT skills. They will provide key insights contributing to real-world action against threat actors and collaborate with data and engineering teams to enhance the TRM product. Intelligence reports will be produced to help law enforcement, internal teams, and clients stay ahead of cyber risks. The role involves driving TRM’s collection, analysis, and reporting on the crypto economy, ensuring best-in-class intelligence through subject matter expertise and problem-solving.
