Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a startup or SaaS company
  • Experience in handling end-to-end US recruitment
  • Proven success hiring for sales, marketing, tech, and other roles
  • Skilled in using ATS tools (Greenhouse or similar), sourcing platforms, and social media recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills — able to engage candidates across cultures (PH + US)
  • Strong relationship builder who collaborates effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and improve recruitment metrics
  • Passionate about creating diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams
  • Willing to work a fixed shift from 2:00 AM – 11:00 PM PH time to align with US business hours to support both PH and US hiring needs
  • Must have a high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps), with a screenshot of speed test results required

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for different teams, like sales, operations, marketing, and tech roles across the US and PH
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective hiring strategies
  • Source top talent through creative channels — from job boards and social media to direct outreach and referrals
  • Manage and optimize pipelines using our ATS, ensuring a smooth and organized process
  • Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate both skills and cultural fit
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing our story and building excitement about our culture and mission
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our startup values
  • Provide hiring data and insights to guide decision-making and improve recruiting efficiency
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance and streamline the recruiting process
  • Balance high-volume recruitment with quality hires that thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform and refine our recruitment approach
