Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, be based in the Los Angeles or Phoenix metropolitan area, and have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in the tech industry. Proven ability to hire for GTM and Corporate roles from entry-level to senior manager, demonstrated success managing high volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS are also required. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of recruiting experience with 1+ year in GTM or Sales Recruiting in a fast-paced or hyper-growth software/technology environment, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and experience building partnerships with complex stakeholders.
