Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a GTM/Sales Full Cycle Recruiting role, preferably within dynamic and fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, with demonstrated strategic influence
  • Strong track record of successfully closing candidates in complex offer scenarios, including privately held, venture-backed, and publicly held companies
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in remote work settings and adapt to rapidly evolving conditions
  • Location requirement: Based on the West Coast (PST)

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing: identify and engage top talent, extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless onboarding transition with an excellent candidate experience
  • Candidate screening and assessment: develop and maintain a high bar for assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit; coordinate assessments or pre-interview exercises as required
  • Stakeholder collaboration: partner with hiring managers to conceptualize and execute formative assessments, talent and hiring strategies aligned with broader company initiatives
  • Data analysis and influence: track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
  • Design and refine recruiting processes, elevate talent brand, and ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience from offer acceptance to first day
