Requirements

Candidates should possess a blend of agency, startup, and best-in-class recruiting experience, along with experience outside of recruiting that provides a strong business perspective. A Bachelor's degree in communications, psychology, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Key skills include high horsepower, energy, a positive outlook, strong relationship-building abilities with candidates, hiring managers, and executives, technical expertise in building scorecards and configuring ATS processes (Greenhouse or similar), proven sourcing skills through ATS and other tools, a GTM mindset towards recruiting, the ability to quickly assess skills, values, and organizational fit, and strong written and verbal communication skills including active listening and creative writing.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business & GTM Recruiter will build role descriptions, scorecards, and manage hiring processes for business and GTM functions, configuring ATS processes in Greenhouse for consistent interviewer scoring. Responsibilities include sourcing top-tier talent through various channels, leading debriefs with interview teams to align on candidate fit, collaborating on finalist panels by designing exercises, creating a high-touch candidate and hiring team experience, and communicating effectively with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
