A deep understanding of technical engineering roles, experience using data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies, familiarity with technical assessment tools and structured interview frameworks, and proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools are also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive presence, strategic thinking, agility, curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, aligning talent strategies with business goals and workforce needs. They will build strong partnerships with HR managers and business leaders, leverage market insights and talent intelligence, and deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities also include participating in HR and business meetings, sharing recruiting updates and data-driven insights, and continuously evaluating and enhancing sourcing methods, tools, and processes. Additionally, the role involves educating and advising hiring leaders on market trends, candidate expectations, and onboarding best practices.
