Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a related role is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is needed, and a passion for connecting with people and helping them find career opportunities is preferred. Experience in remote recruitment and familiarity with virtual hiring processes, as well as knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices, are considered preferred skills.
The Recruiter will source and attract potential candidates through various channels, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit. They will coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, and build a strong talent pipeline. The role involves providing timely feedback to candidates, collaborating with team members to improve recruiting strategies, and actively participating in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
