Candidates must have experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate management and sourcing. Proven experience recruiting for entry- and junior-level roles is required, along with experience working directly with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and processes. Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, onboarding, and culture initiatives is also necessary.
The Recruiting & People Experience Specialist will manage interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities include partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as a candidate contact, posting job openings, building candidate pipelines, supporting resume review, conducting phone and virtual interviews, and maintaining applicant records in the ATS. The role involves assisting with recruiting programs, building talent pipelines through various channels, collaborating on talent brand communication, acting as a brand ambassador, and contributing to sourcing strategies. Additionally, the specialist will assist with onboarding programs, update orientation materials, partner with the People & Culture Team to improve orientation sessions, and help design initiatives that build community and promote company values. The role also includes coordinating employee engagement activities and gathering data insights to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
