Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM talent pipeline: Drive the full-cycle recruiting process for all commercial roles (Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success)
  • Hunt for elite talent: Proactively source, identify, and engage the top 1% of GTM professionals through targeted outreach, leveraging network and team's connections
  • Run a rigorous, high-signal process: Design and execute a disciplined interview cycle that assesses candidate skill, drive, and mission alignment; enforce high bar for talent
  • Close pivotal hires: Manage entire candidate lifecycle from initial screen to offer, including complex negotiations
  • Be the face of Rogo: Represent brand and ambition as first point of contact for future leaders
  • Manage external partners: Hold recruiting agencies to exacting standards, negotiate aggressive terms, ensure interactions reflect Rogo's brand and intensity
  • Use data to build a recruiting machine: Implement and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, drive efficiency, and build scalable talent acquisition engine
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience: Ensure every interaction is professional, transparent, and reflective of high-performance culture
