Requirements

  • At least two years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience, ideally for Operations teams (including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and/or Fraud), in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience as a full-stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process end to end
  • Experience and passion for high-volume hiring, delivering hires consistently even in challenging markets
  • Strong sourcing skills, with pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive talent
  • Data-focused approach, measuring pipeline health to balance priorities and set hiring manager expectations
  • Comfortable with ownership, moving fast, managing multiple roles in a high-growth startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring for critical high-volume roles in Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing consultative influence on hiring decisions, strategies, and alignment with business goals
  • Source strong talent, experimenting with creative channels beyond LinkedIn and partnering with hiring managers
  • Act as a full-cycle recruiter: sourcing, screening, managing candidates through interviews, and closing
  • Juggle pipelines for 10-15 (or more) open roles at once
  • Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and screening rubrics; tighten job descriptions and guide the hiring process
  • Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruiting process
  • Uplevel the recruiting team by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and building a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build scalable recruiting processes and standardize workflows for company growth
  • Emphasize diversity through traditional and creative methods to encourage inclusive hiring practices
