Accurate Background is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead the development and execution of the sales and go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this senior executive will be responsible for creating sales and growth strategies and targets in concert with the executive team and motivating their team to reach and exceed those goals. This individual will partner with the executive leadership team to continually identify, develop, and execute a broad range of strategic initiatives to drive revenue and bookings. In addition, they will lead the hiring and development of sales leadership and sales representatives, sales deployment models, sales enablement strategies, and contribute greatly to the compensation model. In addition, this individual will work closely with our product and service teams to innovate based on the voice of the customer and market, review pricing, product packaging, and provide market and competitive analysis.
