Candidates must possess 20+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record leading major/enterprise-level sales professionals, and 10+ years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) software or services sector, along with 10+ years of experience in sales leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) is required.
The SVP of Sales will be responsible for crafting, leading, and executing the sales and go-to-market strategy, implementing effective development initiatives, and partnering with the executive leadership team to continually identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue and bookings. They will also lead the hiring and development of sales leadership and sales representatives, sales deployment models, sales enablement strategies, and contribute to the compensation model, working closely with product and service teams to innovate based on customer feedback and market analysis, reviewing pricing and product packaging, and providing market and competitive analysis. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the US market and beyond, identifying and targeting high-value enterprise clients, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing data-driven insights, and representing the company at industry events.
