Candidates should possess over 12 years of experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams within high-growth technology companies, with more than 5 years in leadership roles. Experience leading multiple demand generation functions and channels, including content marketing, performance marketing, and SEO, is required. The ideal candidate is an excellent trainer and coach, results-oriented, deeply curious, motivated to overcome challenges, and experienced in designing and implementing effective operating systems with appropriate KPIs and metrics. Cross-functional collaboration and a collaborative environment are valued.
The Head of Revenue Marketing will build, shape, and lead the provider and patient marketing function to drive the growth of Headway’s core business. This includes driving demand generation for both patients and providers through paid and owned channels, recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse and talented team, and defining the go-to-market strategy. The role involves growing and inspiring a world-class team, defining measurable goals, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that drive business outcomes. Responsibilities also include exploring and testing new growth strategies and channels, scaling existing channels, identifying performance issues using a metrics-oriented approach, and collaborating with other departments to execute the vision.
