Candidates should have experience as a Support Engineer or a Developer with a preference for interrupt-driven work, or experience in a technical field role. A strong desire to find answers to questions, learn new technologies, and communicate knowledge to others is essential. Empathy for customer needs and strong remote communication skills are required, along with an understanding of how individual contributions impact the team. Previous experience using Roboflow tools or contributing to open-source projects is a plus.
The Support Engineer will instill confidence in customers by ensuring they are using Roboflow solutions optimally and providing reliable support. This role involves acting as a consultative technical advisor and proactive problem-solver, understanding customer needs and aligning them with product capabilities. Responsibilities include accelerating customer time-to-value, ensuring platform utilization, and serving as a feedback loop to the Product team. The engineer will also identify opportunities for deeper platform adoption and expansion based on customer use cases and needs.
