Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, developer success, or software engineering role, along with strong programming and debugging skills, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks. Responsibilities

As a Developer Support Engineer, you will serve as a technical support owner for Privy developers, triaging, debugging, and resolving technical issues across APIs, SDKs, and product integrations. You will collaborate with engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs, product feedback, and edge cases, create and maintain technical resources such as troubleshooting guides and FAQs, and partner with product and documentation teams to improve onboarding experiences. Additionally, you will help define and optimize internal processes for technical support and contribute to resources that empower developers to succeed independently.
