Requirements

  • A strong aptitude for quickly learning, mastering, and applying new technologies and software
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in areas such as tooling/platform support, technical support, system administration, or equivalent
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to resource for our internal consultants, championing our tools and fostering their effective use
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all internal tooling, providing timely and effective support to our Services team
  • Develop and deliver clear and engaging communications, including release notes, demonstration videos, internal preview webinars, and comprehensive training materials
  • Create and maintain a rich library of help resources (e.g., FAQs, knowledge base articles, tutorials) to promote self-service learning and accelerate tool adoption
  • Proactively drive awareness and understanding of new tool enhancements and features, ensuring our teams can fully leverage new capabilities to improve their workflows
  • Support validation activities to ensure our tools meet stringent internal requirements and uphold our quality standards
