Requirements

  • 2–4 years of IT support or systems administration experience in a SaaS-first organization
  • Proficiency with macOS & Windows device setup, troubleshooting, and enterprise management with JAMF
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
  • Hands-on experience managing user accounts through Okta or similar SSO/MFA solutions
  • Familiarity with endpoint security software (e.g., Bitdefender)
  • Experience provisioning and managing SaaS tools such as Zoom, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of basic cloud (e.g., AWS) account permissions and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, troubleshooting macOS laptops
  • Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using JAMF for device management and Bitdefender for endpoint protection
  • Manage inventory of IT hardware (laptops, accessories, replacements)
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS
  • Enforce company policies for secure authentication (SSO/MFA) and access control
  • Lead IT aspects of onboarding new hires: laptop provisioning, account setup
  • Coordinate secure offboarding for departing employees: deprovisioning accounts, reclaiming and wiping devices, and revoking access
  • Administer licenses for productivity and collaboration tools, e.g.: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Jira/Confluence, and AI tools
  • Work with engineering/business/data teams to provision access to other services, such as Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, etc
  • Track IT issues using Jira
  • Help maintain compliance standards and monitor endpoint and access security
