Responsibilities

The Support Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, resolving issues, optimizing their support experience, and helping customers reduce disruptions and accelerate innovation. They will manage customer accounts, establish strong relationships, provide reports on instance health, assist with upgrades, advocate for customer cases, guide new customers through onboarding, monitor customer support metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect customer feedback, proactively engage with customers, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
