The ideal candidate should possess 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or operational roles at high-growth startups. They must have exceptionally strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, take ownership, be autonomous, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on, get-it-done approach. A willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week is also required.
The Manager of Strategy & Planning will spearhead the launch of new strategic initiatives, drive market expansion efforts, and support the overall development and execution of the company’s strategy and business operations. This includes collaborating with the SVP of Strategy to identify, develop, and implement new strategic initiatives, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and developing detailed project plans. Additionally, the role involves partnering with senior executives at client organizations to co-develop their AI roadmaps and providing data-driven recommendations to improve client operational and strategic outcomes.
