Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Passion for raising the standard of healthcare
7+ years of relevant professional experience
Familiarity with growth strategy, new business incubation, or product commercialization
Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic opportunities into executable plans
Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias for structured thinking and action
Proven ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate
Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills
Proficient in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), data visualization (Looker, Tableau) and database querying (SQL)

Responsibilities

Uncover new growth opportunities: Own the discovery, validation, and business case development for new growth levers
Incubate new ideas 0-to-1: Quarterback the design and launch of 1–2 high-impact initiatives each year
Support commercial strategy: Support the annual pricing and packaging strategy to optimize revenue and sharpen competitive positioning
Support long-range planning: Shape the blueprint for the 3-5 year AIC/Navigation growth trajectory
