Fetch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new and emerging business units. This senior individual contributor role involves cross-functional collaboration with General Managers, Product, and Technology leaders to develop business strategies, analyze performance, and ensure the delivery of critical initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and project leadership to support Fetch's growth. You will report to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations (Product & Technology).

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic decision-making and recommend new courses of action using data-driven insights.
  • Manage operational plans and execute business-critical projects, ensuring alignment with high-level strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and provide executive visibility.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or analytics.
  • Fluency in data and strong technical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Required skills: Excel, SQL.
  • Preferred skills: Python or similar tools, experience building analysis with AI components (e.g., CoPilot, Hex).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Fetch offers competitive compensation packages including base salary, equity, and benefits.

  • Base Salary Range: $114,557 - $130,095
  • Equity: Employees receive equity in Fetch.
  • 401k Match: Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%.

  • Continuing Education: $10,000 per year in education reimbursement.
