Description: This role is part of the Channel sales team, seeking a proven leader to grow and evolve the Agency sales team. The primary focus is to establish NextRoll’s presence amongst prospective customers and drive the strategy for acquiring mid-market to holding company agencies across North America & EMEA, aiming for long-term, sustainable customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, "startup environment" where change is embraced. Responsibilities include identifying industry growth areas, collaborating with Account Management, Channel Partnerships, and Marketing teams (for collateral and event support), and working with the Sales Enablement team on training programs. A strong emphasis is placed on being a strategic team player with a consistent track record in sales and people management.
