Requirements

Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Adobe Experience Platform, marketing automation tools, data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and querying languages including SQL or Python is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities for presenting to non-technical stakeholders, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional setting are essential. Responsibilities

The Strategist, CRM Analytics & Insights will analyze CRM influence on customer lifecycle engagement, retention, and conversion, and collaborate with product development to define requirements for CRM performance dashboards and reports. They will work with marketing and media teams to identify key questions and deliver actionable insights, support campaign measurement, closed-loop reporting, and customer profile analysis. This role involves translating complex data into strategic recommendations for CRM optimization, collaborating with data scientists and engineering teams on data quality and integration, and contributing to the development of CRM measurement frameworks and best practices. Additionally, the strategist will support CRM system enhancements and data ingestion requirements.
