Responsibilities

The Salesforce Business Analyst will translate go-to-market and commercial strategies into detailed Salesforce platform requirements and own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and communication with the Technical Team. They will lead user acceptance testing (UAT), enhancement ideation, and roadmap alignment with business stakeholders, while also driving rigorous data governance practices and ensuring attribution accuracy and compliance reporting. The role involves overseeing operational troubleshooting, maintaining workflow efficiency, collaborating with the Director of CRM Strategy & Solutions, maintaining dashboards and reporting structures, and championing platform upgrades and integrations to support revenue growth.
