Respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly via Zendesk, leveraging JIRA/Confluence as needed. Interpret and resolve support issues by applying knowledge of iSpot solutions, ensuring all tickets are addressed within service levels. Manage escalated issues, interact with market-facing and engineering teams daily, and analyze monthly sprints to improve product documentation and educational materials. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on issues, replicating and documenting them for escalation when necessary, while providing exceptional customer service and educating stakeholders to mitigate future problems.
