Responsibilities

The Strategy Analyst will accelerate value creation from existing initiatives by identifying gaps, diagnosing roadblocks, and designing solutions. They will partner with initiative owners to establish cross-initiative enablers and identify incremental opportunities to surpass targets. Responsibilities include validating and quantifying opportunities, developing implementation plans, assessing risks to the value creation plan, and continuously improving transformation programs. The role involves creating dashboards, executive summaries, and reports to measure KPIs, presenting findings to senior leadership, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
