Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. They should demonstrate the ability to address customer and partner inquiries, develop business plans aligned with specific needs, and engage with business partners and marketing teams. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals, along with a deep knowledge of the assigned territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Sales Executive will be responsible for selling SailPoint’s marketing-leading Identity Management solutions to end users and channel partners, leveraging all routes to market. This includes gaining a thorough understanding of client businesses and IT initiatives, developing compelling business value proposals, and ultimately closing business. They will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, collaborate with marketing to execute plans, follow up on leads, marshal technical resources, and provide consistent account coverage, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction while upholding the company’s core values.
