[Remote] Identity and Access Management Engineer at Humana

The starting base pay range is $66,800 - $91,100 per year for full-time employment, which may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and certifications. This position is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan.

This is a remote position eligible for EIP Avenues, but requires a high-speed DSL or cable modem (minimum 25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload), a dedicated space to protect PHI/HIPAA information, and occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings. Satellite and wireless internet are not allowed; California remote workers receive internet expense payment.

Candidates need 5+ years of technical cyber security experience, experience integrating security policies, virtual access and controls, and cyber security technologies with existing systems. They must be skilled at identity and access management tasks like access additions, modifications, deletions, and have strong prioritization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and industry certifications such as CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP, and/or CISM.

Strong candidates will have 5+ years in technical cyber security, proven experience integrating security policies and technologies, hands-on IAM skills for end-user access management, plus excellent communication, analytical abilities, and relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM.
