Strong knowledge of surgical domains and global academic medical center environments, along with demonstrated ability to launch new initiatives with academic or healthcare stakeholders, is essential. Proficiency with CRM systems, project tracking tools, and collaboration platforms is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead the expansion of research and training collaborations into the field of maternal health by identifying opportunities and cultivating high-impact relationships. This role involves developing a tailored partnership strategy, cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders, and coordinating with internal teams to scope research questions and support onboarding processes. The manager will also track research deliverables, training milestones, and partner satisfaction, while representing SDSC at academic and clinical circles through conference attendance, talks, and content co-development.
