Requirements

Candidates should possess an 8+ year clinical experience as a licensed healthcare professional in Nursing, preferably with experience in Critical Care, and a strong understanding of infusion practices, hemodynamic patient monitoring, and IV fluid management. They should also demonstrate familiarity with relevant medical literature and regulatory/quality requirements related to R&D and product support, along with excellent medical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs, the individual will provide clinical/technical expertise to Baxter’s Global Infusion Systems and Patient Monitoring business unit, offering guidance for product support and development. They will deliver evidence-based medical and scientific information internally and externally, maintain familiarity with relevant publications, support Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams by providing clinical input, develop and execute training programs, provide medical and scientific expertise in assessing product complaints and adverse events, translate scientific knowledge to support marketing efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams. They will also represent the global business unit in meetings and serve as the medical affairs subject matter expert for sustaining product activities.
