The salary range is $106.3K - $125K.
The role is 80% remote with monthly travel required for team co-working, and candidates must be based in the Georgia market. 100% of customer meetings are currently done remotely, but there is potential for a mix of in-person sales in the future.
Required qualifications include 2+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development in healthcare with top 25% performance, 1+ years self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels including cold calling, experience exceeding annual quotas >75% of career, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool is also required.
You will join a fast-growing team that has already grown 10x this past year, at the ground level, in a 0 to 1 environment focused on making a positive impact in mental healthcare.
Strong candidates have a track record of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development, thrive in ambiguity, build relationships, and are committed to mental health impact.
