Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel roles, with a preference for enterprise focus. A strong understanding of the HCM, ERP, consulting, or HR tech ecosystem, including experience with partners like Oracle, SAP, Workday, and Deloitte, is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, comfort working cross-functionally with sales teams, and strong commercial acumen to report on partner pipeline, conversion, and revenue are also required.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for identifying, managing, and growing strategic partnerships to support Deel's Enterprise business across the APAC region. Key responsibilities include activating partnerships with HCM technologies, global GSIs, and regional VARs, managing these relationships end-to-end, and aligning partner efforts with the Enterprise APAC sales team. The role involves supporting co-selling motions, launching and optimizing co-marketing campaigns, ensuring partner performance through internal collaboration, and tracking partner contribution to Enterprise quota attainment.
