A deep understanding of the public sector buying cycle, procurement processes, and compliance considerations is essential. Experience with digital marketing channels, field marketing, demand generation, and partner co-marketing is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling skills, and an analytical mindset are crucial. Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and 6 Sense is also required.
The Senior Marketing Manager, Public Sector will own and drive the marketing strategy for UiPath’s public sector business, aligning with sales and partner leadership to meet revenue and pipeline goals. This role involves leading demand generation programs to build awareness and create opportunities within federal, state, and local government accounts. Responsibilities include planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and field programs, and developing resonant positioning and messaging for government audiences. The manager will partner with sales and alliances for co-marketing campaigns and joint programs, drive high-impact events and sponsorships, and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and PR/communications. Key duties also include rigorously measuring and reporting on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI, and staying informed about industry trends in government digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption.
