- Knowledge of recipe lifecycle management best practices and implementation
- Expertise in integration prioritization techniques including reusability
- Ability to become a trusted advisor on solution, architecture, implementation, and governance
Responsibilities
- Participate as a strategic advisor in services engagements
- Help define and shape Workato Advisory Services by creating reusable content
- Participate in defining and advancing Workato frameworks like GEARS and Embedded Product Guide
- Be a Workato evangelist demonstrating business automation across industries
- Lead customers in best practices, enterprise architecture, suitability guidance, prototyping, recipe implementation, and Accelerators
- Develop and contribute to internal best practices and Solution repository
- Align with customer stakeholders to create advisory roadmaps for automation objectives
- Apply GEARS methodology to customer environments or Embedded Product Guide to embedded environments
- Coach stakeholders on security and governance best practices
- Advise on recipe lifecycle management best practices and implement supporting technology/processes
- Guide customers on integration prioritization including reusability
- Become the trusted advisor for solution, architecture, implementation, and governance
- Contribute to professional services growth by creating/enhancing content like presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses
- Lead, mentor, and train pre-sales and post-sales team members
