Requirements

Candidates must possess 10+ years of professional experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and written communication. Expertise in systems thinking for scalable design, proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, and experience conducting user research are essential. The role also requires strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams, experience driving design strategy with measurable outcomes, and a low-ego, high-impact mindset. Previous design experience in FinTech or crypto, familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem, and platform experience are considered nice-to-haves. This role is remote from the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Product Designer will lead and execute complex design initiatives across multiple product areas, collaborating cross-functionally to shape product vision and strategy. They will define and inform user experiences for critical customer journeys, ensuring they are intuitive and scalable, and partner with Design Systems teams to create reusable patterns and components. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of user needs and business requirements, participating in all project phases from planning to QA, and acting as a thought leader by mentoring other designers and contributing to a culture of innovation.
