Description: We are seeking a Strategic Automation Consultant to join our Flywheel Services team. This role focuses on supporting Cobot customers, defining and executing robotics transformation strategies, and driving innovation across various industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about robotics, possesses strong consulting skills, and can effectively communicate complex ideas. This role requires approximately 40% travel.

Responsibilities

Consultation & Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Analyze business processes across physical, digital, operational, and data layers.
  • Translate robotics technologies into compelling business cases.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for robotics transformation.
  • Develop detailed financial models quantifying automation ROI.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data insights to optimize efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations.

Advise on Robotic Capabilities:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of robotic capabilities across various industries (warehouse, hospital, manufacturing, laboratories, etc.).
  • Offer advice on sorting, ASRS, picking, cross docking, kitting, and more.
