Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Global Solution Design team
Align solutions with market trends and client needs
Drive innovation in service offerings and delivery methodologies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Lead the development of proposals and client pitches
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Advisors
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Recruit and retain top talent in the technology consulting field
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Publish articles and whitepapers on emerging technology trends
Establish the company as a thought leader in technology consulting
Work closely with all practices to deliver integrated solutions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies
Partner with solution engineers to align services with product offerings
Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption of technology solutions
Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer engagements and increase footprint
Provide expert advice on Cprime capabilities and offerings to solve customer business problems
Assist customers in planning roadmaps, product strategies, execution methodologies, platform selections, etc
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for proactive and reactive pursuits
Help customers quantify and realize the business value of solutions
Develop case studies and success stories highlighting customer achievements
Collaborate on account planning
