Requirements

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets within the cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure marketplace
Proven ability to articulate a large portfolio of products – solutions and services
Ability to develop relationships at the C-level
Business acumen to understand the cyber security threat landscape and become the trusted advisor of the CISO
Able to effectively collaborate with channel partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate Proofpoint’s value
Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to use SFDC, pricing and other online tools effectively
Existing relationships within similar markets is preferred
Fluency in French and English

Responsibilities

Prospect new and existing accounts, generate interest, qualify, cultivate relationships and successfully develop and close new business
Drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles and work with partners and internal teams to best serve the customer
Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed selling effort into the assigned accounts
Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Proofpoint products and services
Convert prospects into sales by differentiating from the competition
Collaborate with Systems Engineers to organise and deliver compelling and flawless product demonstrations
Partner with the channel to gain access into new accounts
Deliver strong operational excellence, including forecast accuracy and SFDC pipeline development
Establish strong business relationships at the executive level
Conduct sales presentations and coordinate multiple resources within an account while consistently closing business
