Candidates should possess at least 6 years of SaaS sales experience, with a preference for cybersecurity and a focus on Commercial accounts. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including President's Club recognition, is essential. Experience in forecasting, upselling, cross-selling, prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management is required. Advanced skills in negotiation, C-suite presentations, and communicating complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management, are necessary. Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach is expected, along with resilience, self-motivation, curiosity, and coachability. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
The Senior Account Executive will manage a territory targeting companies with 1,000-3,000 employees, focusing on hunting new business opportunities and driving growth within the Commercial sector. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, and driving new business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas and maintaining high outbound activity. The role also involves identifying and engaging key decision-makers, developing and closing new business opportunities, and driving organic growth by upselling and cross-selling 1Password's solutions within existing accounts, leveraging Extended Access Management. Closing multi-product deals and accurately forecasting to management are also key duties.
