Preferred: Thorough understanding of the utility industry and ability to offer informed perspective on the market and strategies to facilitate growth
Preferred: Intimate knowledge of our customer base, their buying habits, business models, and how to leverage the Terex value proposition
Preferred: Ability to lead, mentor and develop others
Preferred: Excellent computer skills particularly within Microsoft office
Preferred: Comfortable with operating all types of construction and industrial equipment
Preferred: Flexibility for occasional extended overnight trips will be necessary

Responsibilities

Work directly with our largest National customers and champion one of our allied products
Develop and support target growth customers in both utility and AWP markets
Develop customer business fits that will help drive sales, improve market share, and balance branch and field service workload
Provide pricing guidance to ensure we are quoting market competitive pricing
Provide forward looking perspective to help anticipate business needs and trends
Work closely with local branch Territory Sales Managers
Partner with marketing to support marketing initiatives
Assist with coordination of market pricing & annual purchase agreements
