- Scheduling availability: Sunday between 8:00am to 10:00pm, Monday between 8:00am to 10:00pm, Tuesday between 8:00am to 10:00pm, Wednesday between 8:00am to 10:00pm, Thursday between 8:00am to 10:00pm, Friday between 8:00am to 10:00pm, Saturday between 8:00am to 10:00pm
- Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Physical ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly, including overhead lifting
- Visual acuity for close work such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts/details
- Shift flexibility across all listed days and times
Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating items
- Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions per company policies
- Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed
- Support store opening and closing activities
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational with updated services
- Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
